Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• We can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from herpausitivity.com, Gumroad, or Beacons.

• Due to the digital nature of our products, we may require confirmation that the item has not been downloaded or used before approving a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@herpausitivity.com with:

• Your order number

• Date of purchase

• Reason for the refund request

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed coaching sessions or consultations

• Gift cards

• Any downloadable product accessed more than once

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
